3-Day Training Curriculum
CAMP will co-lead 3 days of training activities to prepare CAMP Club managers and teams to deliver the CAMP Club experience for guests. One of the primary goals of this training program is to create a collaborative and supportive team environment, leveraging the strength and knowledge of the Marriott Resort Leadership Team so that the Camp Club spirit can sustain even after we leave!

CAMP's recommendation is for Marriott resort training to occur before CAMP onboarding, including:
- Marriott Employee Handbook
- Policy & Procedures
- Safety & Emergency Training
- Compliance Training
- Daily Logistics (i.e. clocking in/ out, breaks & meal rules, building access, etc.)
CAMP also recommends that Marriott subject matter experts support key elements of onboarding & training:
- Manager Training (Day 1 of 3) - to align on logistics around ordering supplies, marketing CAMP Club programming, internal & guest communications plan, drop-off safety requirements, etc.
- Team Training (Day 2 of 3) - to discuss expectations around Emergency & Safety procedures, adult to child ratios, CAMP Club capacity regulations, etc.
- Team Training (Day 3 of 3) - to clarify resort procedures around building access, opening & closing CAMP Club, health & safety, waste maintenance, etc.
